  • • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total service cost.

    • Rescheduling: At least 48 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

    • Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

    • No Shows: No-shows will result in a forfeited deposit and may be refused future bookings.
