-
Yes, Head Spa treatments can benefit individuals with different hair types and scalp conditions.
We can tailor the treatment to address specific concerns, whether it's dry scalp, oily scalp, dandruff or general scalp discomfort.
-
We recommend indulging in a Head Spa session once a month.
As the skin, including the scalp, undergoes a renewal cycle of approximately 28 days, booking a monthly Head Spa appointment can effectively contribute to maintaining a healthy scalp.
-
It is not recommended during pregnancy due to laying on your back for that amount of time. However we’d love to see you after you’ve had your baby.
-
At brows and clouds we do not blow dry your hair after treatment. The reason is the products need to penetrate into your hair so your hair and scalp is nicely nourished, we want to avoid using heat on the hair. However there will be a Dyson hairdryer if you would like to lightly dry your hair.
-
We are unable to perform a head spa treatment while you have hair extensions in. The massage, tools we use and deep cleansing can loosen bonds and cause matting. We highly recommend booking a head spa in between extension sets as it’s an amazing way to detoxify your scalp, boost circulation, and encourage healthy hair growth before your next set.
semi-permanent brows
-
Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow enhancement technique where pigment is manually implanted into the upper layer of the skin using a fine blade to mimic natural hair strokes.
SPMU (Semi-Permanent Makeup) refers to cosmetic tattooing procedures for brows, using a digital machine or manual tool to enhance natural features.
-
Microblading creates ultra-fine, hair-like strokes for a natural look. Other SPMU methods like ombré use shading techniques and are typically done with a machine for a softer, more filled-in appearance. Combination is a mix of both methods.
-
Discomfort is minimal. Most clients report only a slight scratching sensation.
-
Results typically last between 12–24 months, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Touch-ups are recommended every 12–18 months to maintain the desired look.
-
There’s minimal downtime. Mild redness and swelling may occur immediately after, and the brows will go through a healing phase that includes slight scabbing and fading before the final color settles in. You can resume most normal activities right away.
-
• Day 1–3: Brows may appear darker and more defined.
• Day 4–7: Light scabbing or flaking may occur.
• Week 2–4: Colour will fade and settle.
• Week 6–8: Touch-up session to perfect shape and colour.
-
Yes, a touch-up session 4-6 weeks after the initial appointment is highly recommended to refine the shape and color. Some areas may fade during healing, and the touch-up ensures long-lasting, even results.
-

-
Avoid makeup on the treated area for at least 14 days during healing. You can wear makeup elsewhere on the face, but be careful not to touch or contaminate the brows.
semi-permanent lip blush
-
It’s ideal for anyone who wants to enhance their natural lip color, correct asymmetry, add definition, or reduce the appearance of scars or uneven pigment.
-
Typically, lip blush lasts 2–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Touch-ups may be needed annually to maintain colour.
-
Most clients describe the sensation as a light scratching or tingling.
-
Healing takes about 7–10 days, with full color settling over 4–6 weeks. You’ll experience some swelling, flaking, and temporary darkening/lightening during healing.
-
Yes, a touch-up is usually recommended 6–8 weeks after the initial procedure to perfect the colour and shape.
-
Yes! Colours are customised based on your natural lip tone and desired result. The goal is a natural, flattering tint that enhances your features.
-
Immediately after the procedure, the color appears more intense. It will fade and soften by about 30–50% during healing, leaving a subtle, natural-looking tint.
advanced facials
-
Advanced facials go beyond traditional cleansing and exfoliation. They incorporate high-performance technologies and active ingredients to target specific skin concerns like aging, acne, pigmentation, and dehydration. Common microdermabrasion, chemical peels and dermaplaning.
-
Advanced facials can treat:
• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Acne and congestion
• Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
• Dehydrated or dull skin
• Loss of elasticity and firmness
• Enlarged pores and texture irregularities
-
For optimal results, we recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks. This allows for consistent maintenance and treatment of skin concerns as skin regenerates approximately every 28 days.
-
Some treatments (like chemical peels or microneedling) may involve slight redness, peeling, or sensitivity for a few days. However, many facials such as hydrafacials are considered no-downtime treatments. Your esthetician will advise based on the service performed.
-
We suggest waiting at least 24 hours before applying makeup to allow your skin to breathe and absorb the full benefits of the treatment. Hydration and SPF are strongly recommended post-facial.
-
Yes, but it’s important to inform your esthetician about your skin sensitivities, allergies, or any medical conditions. Customisations can be made to ensure the facial is gentle yet effective.
-
A basic facial typically includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam, extractions, and a mask. Advanced facials include those steps plus targeted treatments using clinical-grade equipment, serums, or techniques tailored to specific skin goals.
-
Many clients notice a glow and improved texture after one session. For concerns like acne, pigmentation, or aging, a series of treatments is usually recommended to achieve long-lasting results.
-
• Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, or harsh treatments 3–5 days before
• Stay hydrated
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin if possible
• Communicate your skincare concerns clearly with your esthetician
